It turns out you don’t have to give up on chocolate, the candy and the cakes… just eat them raw :) 1 cup raw cacao butter 2 table spoons coconut oil 3...

Still I managed to do some Yoga every other day and go for a couple of gentle walk/jogs during the day when I was feeling alright. I’m heading back to the gym today going to do the strength routine I...

Baby Vegan.
I don’t like the word Veganism I think it makes being Vegan sound like a cult. If you’re new to being Vegan or thinking about making the switch, I have a few tips for you. Why did you want to become Vegan? For ethical reasons? For health reasons? I became Vegan when I was recovering from eating disorders and I realized the only way I could eat and still be skinny would be if I cut out...

Decide for yourself.
Truly, we shouldn’t be eating tones of the stuff anyway, unless you generally want to be an unhealthy slob, I steer clear of the stuff to keep my bits inside my Calvin’s. But here it is, something I heard someone say about sugar not being Vegan, thus I investigated.  Is refined sugar vegan? It depends on how you define ‘vegan.’ Refined sugars do not contain any animal...

vegan pumpkin ice-cream.
I’m a HUGE Pumpkin lover. I love Pumpkin soup, scones, bread, muffins and now… Ice-Cream. In the Southern Hemisphere (where I reside) it’s coming up to Summer and being Vegan and an ice-cream addict. I’m constantly seraching for new and amazing recipes. You will need an ice-cream maker, which trust me, if you are a dedicated Vegan will be one of the best investments of...
