Sunday Morning
I did a 45 minute jog this morning! The feeling is so amazing when you start your day off with cardio on an empty stomach. I ate a banana and raw muesli + a cup of green tea for breakfast. yummm. Best way to start the day :)

Supreme Self Love.
I’m never going to be a pro-“be-whatever-size-you-be-cause-you’re-beautiful-just-the-way-you-are-with-your-belly-bulging-over-your-jeans!-blog” BUT I have to say, I’m sick of every time I walk past a mirror critiquing myself. Banana Chai Smoothie
Chai Spice Mix (makes a nice little container full)
2 Tbsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ground cloves
2 1/2 Tbsp. ground cardamom
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. white/black pepper
Smoothie:
1 heaping teaspoon of Chai Mix
1 1/2 large bananas, cut and frozen, or two smaller ones, cut and frozen

2/3 cup almond milk

Because the thing is, I personally feel that toned bodies look much more attractive and physically healthy then models who look like twigs, about to break.
Just look at the media, sure there are lots of models out there, who are skin and bones but there are also lots of celebrities who are curvy…

I fell off the wagon, right off actually. It all started last night, I was cooking dinner for my boyfriend. I made a Vegie roast, which is from Sanitarium it’s basically all fillers and salt, roast Pumpkin, Chickpea and baby Spinach salad and some corn on the side. no gym today
The weather is so crazy beautiful. I don’t want to be cooped up inside on a treadmill when I can hike up the mountains behind my place and get sufficient cardio. I’ll have to do an entire body resistance and strength work-out tomorrow but it will be totally worth it :)

Workouts For Lower Body.
I alternate working upper and lower body, day to day, to give the muscles time to recover. And then I alternate between the two workouts. It’s important to switch up your exercises so your muscles don’t become complacent so you can keep challenging them. These are the ones I’m trying out at the moment for my lower body…

worked up an appetite!
Just smashed out an upper body and cardio workout. Took me about an hour and 20, but I worked, Biceps, Tricpes, Lats, Chest, Shoulders, Upper Back, Abs, Obliques and did half an hour of H.I.T (hight intensity interval training) cardio :) Now eating a salad with baby spinach, 4 bean mix, lots of different raw vegetables and Tahini and a protein shake. Feeling so damn good right.
