Struggling
rippedfuel: My mentality fails completely when I’m injured and cant train. Seriously. The fight with myself in my head is deafening. The way I feel about myself and how I see myself is disgusting. I really need to pull my head out of my ass and remind myself that I am strong and fierce and powerful and I am not going to become fat, unfit and gross with a few days break.
