&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup SLUDGE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 Scoop chocolate casein (I used Optimum)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 TB PB2 (powdered peanut butter) or you can swap this out for 1 TB natural peanut butter&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 TB unsweetened baking cocoa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stevia to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 TB Nevada Manna sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;Now comes the tricky part… you have all these weird ingredients that don’t seem to be mixing right? So obviously, you’re going to want to add water. BUT, my recommendation is to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;do this one tablespoon at a time&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span&gt;. If this is your first rodeo, the tablespoon method is the way to go! Otherwise you’re likely to end up with a big goopy mess! I use very little water and mix mine to an extremely thick, cookie-dough-batter consistency. Once it’s mixed, pop it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes (the longer you leave it, the thicker it gets.. I opt for 30 minutes!).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Try not to die of excitement when you realize this sucker tastes JUST like a RICH, creamy chocolate peanut butter cup pudding batter…. but WITHOUT all the unhealthy sugar and guilt! =D&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Fitts, an exercise physiologist at Marquette University and chairman of the biology department there. &lt;p&gt;That is especially true of women, Dr. Kraemer said, even those who work with personal trainers. &lt;strong&gt;While women often say they are afraid they will bulk up, this fear is unfounded,&lt;/strong&gt; Dr. Kraemer and others say. &lt;strong&gt;Acquiring muscle mass requires testosterone levels that women don’t have. Instead, the toning that many women say they want comes from lifting heavy weights.”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Your body is laughing at you.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;#3&lt;/strong&gt;: You may be eating &amp;#8220;pretty&amp;#8221; clean, but that&amp;#8217;s not good enough. Especially if you&amp;#8217;re sneaking junk food in every now and then. Conclusion: You&amp;#8217;re not eating strict enough.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;#4&lt;/strong&gt;: You&amp;#8217;re training at comfort level. Weight training shouldn&amp;#8217;t be done while your mind is drifting away to paradise. If you don&amp;#8217;t feel like you&amp;#8217;re in hell on most reps, you&amp;#8217;re not doing it hard enough.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;#5&lt;/strong&gt;: You&amp;#8217;re disco training, trying to isolate and tone muscles you don&amp;#8217;t even have!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;#6&lt;/strong&gt;: You forgot muscle training is not a software you can skip step 1-10 and then start working on it. You need the basics and you need to go through all the stages of muscle development. There&amp;#8217;s no fast lane. And if you do choose the fast lane you will see it all fall like a sand castle sooner or later.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;#7&lt;/strong&gt;: You&amp;#8217;re choosing foods that keep you fat if you&amp;#8217;re fat and skinny if you&amp;#8217;re skinny. Eat for your goals, not for what you wish was the food for your goal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;#8&lt;/strong&gt;: You live off protein shakes because you think protein is what builds muscle. You end up using protein to turn it into glucose. And then there goes your energy.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;#9&lt;/strong&gt;: You emphasize recovery a little too much which means your legs get hit once every two weeks.
